Our Warranty

Ferro Industries, Inc. warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects in original workmanship and materials. The User assumes all other risks.

Our obligation under this warranty will be to replace any product proven defective at no cost to the customer, provided the customer uses the product in a proper and careful manner, and does not exceed the maximum recommended revolutions per minute for which it was designed.

These warranties do not cover defects that are a result of misuse, abuse to, or misapplication of the product.

In no event shall Ferro be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whatsoever, and Ferro will not pay for transportation costs in connection with the replacement of any defective product.
